Refund Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
1. Overview
fundsvisor wants you to be satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund and how refunds are processed.
All billing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost. There is nothing to refund for free-plan usage.
3. Pro Plan — Free Trial
All new Pro subscribers receive a free trial period (as stated at the time of sign-up, currently 14 days). You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charge.
If you cancel during the free trial, your Pro access will continue until the trial period ends and you will not be billed.
4. Refund Eligibility
Monthly subscriptions. If you are charged for a monthly subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge. Refunds will not be granted more than 7 days after the billing date.
Annual subscriptions. If you are charged for an annual subscription and wish to cancel, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Renewal charges. If your subscription renews and you did not intend to renew, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund provided you have not made significant use of the Service since the renewal date.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- You request a refund after the applicable refund window has passed.
- You have significantly used the Service during the billing period for which a refund is requested.
- Downgrading from Pro to Free — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use one of the following options:
Option 1 — Contact us directly. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your fundsvisor account.
- The date of the charge and the amount.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
Option 2 — Contact Paddle directly. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle can also process your refund request. Visit paddle.com/checkout/support and provide your order details.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, Paddle will process it to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.
We do not charge any fees for processing refunds.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless the request falls within the eligibility window described in Section 4.
After cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained and you will be moved to the Free plan thereafter.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your most recent charge applies to that charge.
11. Contact
For refund enquiries, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
