Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The 14-day trial starts automatically when you sign up — no payment details required. We only collect a payment method when you choose to subscribe.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your tenant moves to the Free plan at the end of the 14-day trial. You will not be charged because no payment method is on file during the trial. Subscribe at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan to keep using paid features.

What's the difference between Pro and Business?

Accepted Answer

Pro is built for individuals and small teams of up to 3 members — unlimited transactions, unlimited invoices, branded PDFs, advanced reports, and AI receipt scans. Business adds unlimited team members, accounting-grade reports (Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet), unlimited AI receipt scans, and FBR e-invoicing for tenants in Pakistan.

Do you offer an Enterprise plan?

Yes. For teams that need volume pricing, SSO, custom integrations, a priority SLA, or procurement-friendly invoicing, get in touch and we'll tailor a plan to your requirements.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your Billing settings. Switching to annual billing takes effect at your next renewal date and locks in the discounted annual rate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within 14 days of a monthly charge, and within 30 days of an annual charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and a range of local payment methods depending on your country.

Is my financial data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and your financial data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. We never store your payment card details — that is handled entirely by Paddle.

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All plans support CSV export of transactions. Pro and Business also include PDF export. You can export from Settings → Data Export at any time.

Do you have a free plan forever?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan is yours indefinitely — no time limit. It covers 1 expense per day, 1 invoice per month, and a 3-month ledger window with basic reports. Upgrade to Pro or Business whenever you need more headroom.
